汇报对象: 发布日期:2015年12月23日 Responsibilities • Establish and lead the culture in our Beijing office • Bridge and facilitate communication channels by directly working with teams across our offices globally • Build a world-class team by recruiting, training, and developing top talent • Lead all marketing efforts by devising and launching integrated campaigns that cover all relevant local channels (mobile, social, community, TV, OOH, and more) • Manage all key local relationships with platforms/vendors/partners, and proactively identify/solve potential opportunities/obstacles • Take charge of and continually evaluate our local agency portfolio to create a winning strategy for growth • Spearhead new opportunities in the form of emerging channels, platforms, or media • Win the hearts and minds of the local market and help make history in China
Requirements • 6+ years of experience in a leadership role • Strong working knowledge on the digital and offline marketing industries and the internet/tech industry in China • Deep understanding and familiarity of the Chinese Android market ecosystem • Proven experience managing third-party agencies • Strong communication skills are a must (both internally and externally) • Ability to work across time zones and manage relationships around the globe • Adept at managing across the Creative--Analytical spectrum • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or equivalent) • Fluent speaking and writing in Mandarin and English • Passion for games
